If you have a big volunteer team, sometimes you won’t even know the strengths of those volunteers. Additionally, they may have a spot in the ministry where they are feeling called too and we don’t even know. By really getting to know the strengths of the volunteers you are able to utilize them more and they buy in more to the ministry.
The survey can be very simple with just a couple questions. Asking their strengths, if they play an instrument, along with their love language you will help you to better place the volunteer in your ministry.
