Heather Dunn understands effective strategies for small churches. She’s been on staff at 5 churches over the years, and seen the differences between large and small congregations.

Oftentimes, smaller churches don’t have a large budget or a large group of volunteers. Heather talks about the importance of being very specific about your needs in small churches. The smaller the church, the more specific you need to be.

Also, on today’s podcast, Heather discusses how to communicate best with the volunteers in a small church.

Join Heather, and 14 other dynamic speakers at the Preteen Leaders Online Conference on April 3rd and 4th.
